- We can recommend vendors upon request solely for your convenience. However, we are not responsible for the quality of their services
- The venue must be used only for the purpose stated at the time of booking.
- No alterations to the property (e.g., drilling, nailing, or painting) are permitted.
- One of the biggest advantages of Kasparis Residence is that there are no noise restrictions!
- Unlike other venues, we have no nearby neighbors, meaning your event can go on without worrying about volume limits.
- Whether it’s a DJ, live band, or your custom playlist, enjoy uninterrupted music for as long as you like!
- The renter assumes full responsibility for the safety of all guests and vendors during the event.
- Kasparis Residence is not liable for any accidents, injuries, lost or stolen items, or damages occurring during the event.
- The renter is responsible for leaving the venue in its original condition.
- All decorations, equipment, and waste must be removed by the end of the rental period.
- A cleaning fee of €200 will be charged if the venue is not left in a clean and tidy state.
- Alcohol service must comply with local laws. The renter is responsible for ensuring safe and responsible consumption.
