1.Booking & Payment Policy- Deposit: A deposit of 10% to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable
- Balance: The remaining balance is due on arrival (we accept cash or card payments)
- If the cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
We strongly recommend having travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your holiday.2. Check-In and Check-Out- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
We’re happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible. However, this depends on our cleaners’ schedule and the travel plans of the next guests. We can confirm availability two days prior to your arrival or departure.
For guaranteed flexibility, you can secure your preferred time by booking an additional day at the standard daily rate.3. General House Rules- Smoking: Not permitted indoors; please use the designated outdoor areas.
- Fireworks: Prohibited anywhere on the property.
- Occupancy: The villa accommodates a maximum of 13 guests (adults & children). Please inform us in advance if you plan to have visitors or host an event.
- Event charges €10/per person
4. Pool Guidelines- Children must have adult supervision at all times, in and around the pool
- Use the pool at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on-site.
- Avoid jumping and using glassware in the pool area.
- Turn off pool lights and the jacuzzi when not in use, especially at night
5. Pet Policy- Small, well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome with prior approval.
- Please ensure pets do not damage furniture or other items.
6. Miscellaneous- The villa is cleaned before arrival and after departure. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost of euro80 per day. Let us know in advance if you would like additional cleaning services.
- Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay. Please report any issues immediately.
- For access, use the key box at the entrance (code: 2021). Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
- In case of emergency, dial 112 for police, ambulance, or fire services.
7. Liability- Our total liability to you is limited to the value of your booking. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties are excluded, and we will not be held responsible for any indirect or special damages.
- We do not accept liability for any accidents or loss of your car while on our premises, or for the loss of valuables left in the house.
- We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to factors beyond our reasonable control.
- If we must close Kasparis View Residence prior to your arrival for any reason, we will assist you in finding alternative accommodation of a similar standard and offer a holiday deferment, credit note, or full refund.
- If the closure occurs during your stay, we will help you relocate and refund the pro-rata rate for the remaining period. We will not be responsible for any additional costs arising from this action.
